Placing an Order Online

Ordering is quick, easy and secure. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of our product links to view and select from our latest offerings.

Use our convenient dropdown menus to select options and quantities. Then click the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your purchase. You’ll be notified immediately if the item is no longer available or temporarily unavailable. You may view the contents of your cart anytime, by selecting the “Your Cart” link at the top right of every page, to see a list of the merchandise you've selected, whether each item's in stock or on backorder, as well as your current total.

After viewing your cart, you may continue shopping by using the “continue shopping” button or you may proceed to purchase the items in your cart by using the checkout button. To check out, if you haven't yet registered with us, you must first do so by providing your first and last name, your billing and shipping addresses, your email address (which we use to send information to you regarding your order), and a personally created password. If you’ve already registered, your account profile information will be displayed and you’ll have the option of modifying your billing and/or shipping addresses.

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Network, and the American Express® Card. Please note that we don’t accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don’t ship orders C.O.D.

At the end of your checkout process, our system provides you with an online message notifying you that your order is being processed. You may print this message for your records. Subsequently, you'll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in your account profile.

Express Checkout

Ordering online has never been easier! We encourage you to register for an account with us to expedite your shopping experience. We’ll use the Billing Information, Shipping Information and Shipping method which you have registered with us so that you won’t have to enter the information again on another order.

Need to make a change? No problem, simply update any details you wish to change by selecting “Your Account” located on the top of any of our pages after you have logged in.

By Mail: if you wish to pay by check or money order, you must mail your order to us.

Placing an Order with a Merchandise Credit

If you’d like to place an order using a Merchandise Credit, simply enter the number of your Merchandise Credit in the coupon box at checkout. If the amount on the Merchandise credit doesn't cover your purchase(s), you'll be asked to provide an additional method of payment.

Searching & Browsing

The Search box enables you to lookup an item using a word description. Ex: shopping cart cover. You will then be shown the selections for that item as well as other colors and styles available.

Charges for Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges
For an exchange order, we'll issue a credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged item.

Returns
For return credits for items purchased within 60 days of receipt, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or charge card credit. We’ll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping & handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. If the item(s) returned were returned after 60 days of the date you received them, we’ll issue a merchandise credit, less shipping & handling charges.

To check on the status of your exchange or return, please check your Order Status after having logged in to your account.

The Price in My Shopping Bag Isn't the Lower Price

Check the offer carefully; sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices. If the item is offered at a reduced price and the discount is not reflected in your cart, you can complete the checkout process and then Contact Us. We will be happy to issue a credit for the reduced price or send an explanation to you.
